This project entails the comprehensive renovation of the High Court Management Quarters in Gwarinpa, Abuja. The scope of work includes structural rehabilitation, roof replacement, modern plumbing systems, interior upgrades, and the installation of custom kitchen cabinets all aimed at enhancing comfort, functionality, and overall livability.
The project also incorporates key external and utility infrastructure improvements, including the construction of a secure perimeter fence, installation of a new septic tank and overhead water tank, and complete plumbing works with piping and fittings. These enhancements are designed to elevate hygiene standards, ensure reliable utility services, and provide a safe and modern residential environment for judicial management staff.
